Mark S. Dalby - Project Manager – WY, Owner Mark Dalby’s over 16 years of general contracting experience has led him through all phases of the construction process including estimating, field engineering, site supervision and pro- ject management. His resume began with a Civil Engineering Degree from Penn State and continued with his employment by one of the largest commercial general contractors in the country. His ability to gain management and supervisory positions of increasing responsibility led him to open his own design- build timber framing company. Mark’s projects have been featured in Homestead magazine, and Log Homes Illustrated. Running the high mountain trails and rafting the Snake River are two of many activities in the summer for Mr. Dalby. Scott E. Walden - Superintendent – MT, Owner Scott returned to his native Montana with his family in 2006. While he was gone he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Central Washington University. After graduating he spent 18 years building in the Pacific Northwest and Alas- ka. Scott had the pleasure of working in the family business for 13 of those years and five working for a production builder on the West Coast. Scott has experience managing all phases of construction from initial client meetings through after move-in customer ser- vice. During his tenure at THB, Scott project managed the last 2 phases of Spanish Peaks cabin construction, he oversaw the construction of a home in Spanish Peaks that has been published in Big Sky Journal , Dream Home Showcase , and garnered “Best of 2012” in Timber Home Living . He built a home that would have qualified for LEED Silver designation had the owner wanted the certification. If Scott isn’t working, or enjoying the Montana outdoors he is cheering on his daughters and wife while they play and coach volleyball and soccer. Matt Lennon - Superintendent – MT, Owner Construction has always been a part of Matt’s life starting with building custom homes with his grandpa in Wyoming, Montana, and Nevada. After finishing a degree in construction management he made the move from Wyoming to Montana. He has found his passion in building beautiful, and complex custom homes. He has finished large projects in Big Sky and Jackson Hole, and takes pride in the custom details. Matt understands it is a team effort to bring the visions of the owner, architect, and builder together to create lasting legacy’s that will serve as a place for generations of memories. When not at work Matt loves to spend his time outside playing with his family. He will often be found in the mountains with his lovely wife and four spirited children in tow. His deep rooted beliefs guide his life with honesty and integrity as is evident in his work and relationships. Robert K. Donaghey - Business Development / Client Relations – Montana Robert came to THB with over 14 years in the construction field, first owning and operating a framing and drywall company, and, from 2001-2012, selling construction services. He has worked on multiple LEED certified projects in the past and his knowledge of the current trends and marketplace allow him to be a tremendous resource for THB clients. Robert, his wife Kristie and their 2 children live in Gallatin Gateway, the Montana home of THB, where they have bred, raised and trained cutting horses for the past 10 years. When not occupied with work and horses, Robert can usually be found coaching youth sports for his children, mainly football, which is his passion. Burton R. Mills – Business Development / Client Relations – Wyoming Burt comes to Teton Heritage with a unique perspective – he was a client in his role as Vice President in the Club at Spanish Peaks, Big Sky, MT organization. That experience convinced him that Teton Heritage was the premier builder in the Rocky Mtn. front. He brings 40 plus years of experience living, working, and playing in the mountains. Born in New England he and his family moved west 20 years ago. He and his wife Ann have four children, all home- schooled, one a junior in college with the rest to follow. Burt enjoys hiking boots, bicycles and various clubs as a means to recreation.
