KEY PERSONNEL

The key to legacy quality is great communication, experience, and people that care. Following you will find brief histories of our key personnel that describe our dedication to the craft, our experience, our acco- lades, and our love of the Rocky Mountains. You will also note that most of our key personnel are compa- ny owners . This is true because the core of Teton Heritage Builders has a proven track record of a dedica- tion to excellence. And if a teammate is dedicated to excellence, then why wouldn’t the THB owners want that person as a partner. The benefit for our clients is that you can rest assured that when a THB own- er makes a promise, our team is going to keep it. Please read about this great team that we have assem- bled over the year. Peter C. Lee - Head of Office – MT, President, Project Manager, Owner Peter co-founded THB in 1996 after being part of the development team of Indian Springs Ranch, a Jackson Hole luxury ranch community. Over the years, Peter has managed pro- jects that have been featured in Ralph Kylloe’s Rustic Artistry of the Home and Cabins & Camps . Either he or his projects have also been featured in magazines including Cow- boys & Indians, Custom Wood Homes and Teton Home magazine. In addition, to his pas- sion for crafting beautiful buildings, Peter works hard to lower America's carbon foot print. He is a Structural Engineering graduate from Princeton University (Summa Cum Laude) and has a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University. In 2003, Pe- ter moved to Bozeman to expand THB’s operations to Big Sky and Southwest Mon- tana. He and his wife, Tanya, have "come home" to Montana where they can ski, fly fish, ride horses and enjoy the Rocky Mountains with their 4 children. Peter also gives back to his community through Bozeman Sunrise Rotary and serving on the Green Hills Ranch home owner association board. Gregory A. O’Gwin - Head of Office – WY, Superintendent, Owner Greg came to THB in 1999 with over 20 years experience in the construction industry. He has been a superintendent for 22 years and uses his strong background in large scale commercial projects with large staffs to aggressively manage schedules and budgets . Greg received the 1999 Excellence in Construction award from the Associated Builders and Contractors for his work at the Mother and Infant Care Center at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. His experience in supervising all construction trades and his calm, efficient management style enable him to be a construction leader of great effectiveness. Greg’s Winter Terrace project was featured in Ralph Kylloe’s Cab- ins & Camps . Hiking in the Teton’s High Country is a summer passion and a priority on the weekends for Greg. Russell E. Weaver - Superintendent – WY, Owner Russ has been in construction since 1977 and has lived in the Jackson hole area since 1980. His 20 years as a superintendent and experience as an independent general con- tractor in Idaho taught him to manage subcontractors such that the final product is to the high quality standards expected by our clients. Russ consistently creates positive and long lasting relationships with his clients by providing clear communication throughout the entire building process. Russ was highlighted in Architectural Digest in June 1997 for his intricate log detail,. An avid fisherman, Russ has fished the waters from Alaska to Florida, but prefers the calm mountain rivers of his native Idaho.
