William Gale – Project Manager – WY, Owner Will relocated from Massachusetts to Jackson, Wyoming in 2013. Brought here by the amaz ing landscapes he has chosen to call this place home because of the community. Outside of work his passions include hiking, hunting, and exploring the vastness of the Mountain West Region. He gives back to his community through his involvement with Young Professionals of the Tetons and serving on the town of Jackson Planning Commission. Before joining the Teton Heritage Building team Will worked with Jackson Hole Youth Soccer and the state of Wyoming. His client focused approach and passion for helping others will ensure successful collaboration between all parties throughout the construction process. Will is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Business Sport Management Program and a 2016 MBA Graduate from Ohio University. Robert K. Donaghey - Business Development / Client Relations – Montana Robert came to THB with over 14 years in the construction field, first owning and operating a framing and drywall company, and, from 2001-2012, selling construction services. He has worked on multiple LEED certified projects in the past and his knowledge of the current trends and marketplace allow him to be a tremendous resource for THB clients. Robert, his wife Kris tie and their 2 children live in Gallatin Gateway, the Montana home of THB, where they have bred, raised and trained cutting horses for the past 10 years. When not occupied with work and horses, Robert is currently the Varsity Wide Receiver’s Coach for Gallatin High School in Bozeman, MT. Omar Fuentes – Lead Project Manager Omar was born and raised in Bayamón, Puerto Rico and relocated with his parents and sib lings to Central Florida in 2000. There, he attended the University of Central Florida and com missioned into the US Army through the Army ROTC program as an Engineer officer. He re ceived training through the US Army Corps of Engineers school in construction practices, construction management, and other engineering tasks. Omar deployed to Afghanistan in 2013 as an engineer officer as a Sapper Platoon Leader conducting combat and route clearance operations. He also trained Afghan Soldiers on combat engineering and construc tion tasks. His Army career culminated at the rank of Captain while serving in the US Army Special Operations Command as a Psychological Operations officer. His experience in con struction management varies from water and waste water pipelining to remodeling hotels and custom home building in the mountains of Colorado. He has held the Project Manage ment Professional certification from the Project Management Institute since 2016. Omar has a passion for hunting, fishing, camping, and exploring the wonderful outdoors while sharing those experiences with his wife and two boys. Jesse Munch – Project Manager Coming from western Washington with over 20 years of experience in construction ranging from High-end custom homes to remodels, multi-family and commercial projects, Jesse worked his way through the ranks from a laborer in the Carpenters Union to Senior Project Manager. Starting his construction career in California, then moving back to Washington and now Montana, Jesse has acquired experiences that have helped him expand his con struction knowledge and feed the passion to build exceptional projects. In his off time, Jes se enjoys spending time with his wife Ruth and their two dogs, dual-sport motorcycle ad ventures, hunting, fishing and hiking.
