M OVING I N The move-in date is a special day - the culmina tion of a lot of planning and hard work. But it is really just another step in the lifelong relationship THB has with you. Prior to move-in we will have the home professionally cleaned and we will prepare for you the best operation and mainte nance (O&M) manuals in the Northern Rock ies. Some of our clients require help moving in and THB has made our team available to as sist. Shortly after the move-in we will take you through the operation of the home: mechanical systems, electrical systems, home automation, hot tubs, pools, etc. This includes running you and your property management team through the O&M manuals as well as any home mainte nance videos we may have created. As we say, we believe this is another step in building a life long relationship. C HECK - UP AND W ARRANTY Regardless of how careful the movers are, there may be a ding or two that occur during move in. We expect it and we take care of it during our “one month check - up”. And we will be back at the year anniversary to attend to any list you might have, check your systems, and touch up anything that might require it. A DDITIONAL S ERVICES Teton Heritage Builders TM can provide many oth er services to help make the move-in process worry free. Services include coordination with moving and transportation companies and with other specialty suppliers such as furniture, light ing and window covering suppliers. Ultimately, we are happy to assist in any other way that will enhance the move-in process.
