Emily Westlake – MT Selections Coordinator Emily grew up in New Milford, CT and attended college at Western Connecticut University where she earned a BA in Communications. Emily joined THB bringing several years of Prop erty Management experience. She recently relocated to Montana from Westchester NY with her dog, Ruger. She enjoys, hunting, fishing, and hiking.

Al Logan – MT Finish Crew Foreman Al joins the THB Montana team from Southern Oregon. He cut his finish carpentry and wood working teeth in Seattle in 1998, managing and eventually running his own business there, and in Oregon. With his years of experience in custom woodworking, cabinetry, fine furniture, interior finish carpentry, and painting, Al leads the Finish Carpentry Division of THB Montana. He is joined by his wife, Jennifer, and his two boys, Ben and Josh. When not covered in saw dust, Al can be found hitting the links with his sons, carving up a winter mountainside on a board, or hiking mountain trails with his wife. He is truly excited to be a member of the THB Montana family, helping to create amazing homes, while enjoying the many benefits that Montana has to offer.

Crystal Opperman – Office Manager, MT “If YOU have ever ridden your HORSE to school, you might be a redneck” ~In the voice of Jeff Foxworthy. Crystal Opperman is a true local. Growing up on a ranch in Gallatin Gateway has instilled in her a deep connection to the land and a profound understanding of the community she serves. Her roots run deep, and her commitment to the growth and success of Teton Herit age Builders is her primary focus. With a degree in Graphic Design and over a decade of experience in accounting for Con struction companies and Real estate/Developers/Investors… Crystal brings a wealth of knowledge to her role at THB. Being a realtor herself, she has a strong understanding of the housing and construction market. Her goal is not just to advance the projects of THB, but to stay current in the real estate industry through community events, private sales, and ad vance Teton Heritage in anticipation of future growth in the Gallatin Valley. When she's not busy with work, Crystal can be found at a Bozeman Hawk game, cheering on the MSU Bobcats or immersing herself in the great outdoors with her family. Whether it's logging miles trail running, ATVing, camping, kayaking, skiing, mountain biking, or exploring new terrain, Crystal has a passion for the mountains of Montana.

Kristen Mann – Assistant Office Manager, MT Kristen, who hails from Queens, NY, relocated to Montana with her husband in 2011. She brings over a decade of experience in Luxury Hospitality Management, Front Office exper tise and Forbes 5 Star Service Training to her role at THB. Kristen is known for her keen atten tion to detail, strong work ethic, and positive attitude in all interactions. In her free time, Kris ten enjoys hiking, biking, camping, working out and playing Squash with her husband and daughter.
