Robert K. Donaghey - Business Development / Client Relations – Montana Robert came to THB with over 14 years in the construction field, first owning and operating a framing and drywall company, and, from 2001-2012, selling construction services. He has worked on multiple LEED certified projects in the past and his knowledge of the cur- rent trends and marketplace allow him to be a tremendous resource for THB clients. Rob- ert, his wife Kristie and their 2 children live in Gallatin Gateway, the Montana home of THB, where they have bred, raised and trained cutting horses for the past 10 years. When not occupied with work and horses, Robert can usually be found coaching youth sports for his children, mainly football, which is his passion. Tim Strand — Trim Crew Foreman Tim comes to the THB team after working many years as a subcontractor on our many Montana projects. His attention to detail is un-matched in the field, and will continue to produce the finishing touches that everyone has come to expect in our homes. When he is not at work, he is spending time with his beautiful wife, Nicole, and their 2 young chil- dren. Simone Bayens — Selections Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager Simone joined the THB Montana team as the Selections Coordinator and Assistant Project Manager on February 1st, 2016, coincidentally the 20th anniversary of the company, after many years working as a licensed architect in Atlanta GA, and most recently, in Bo- zeman, MT. She spent the first 7 years in business working on hotel and spa projects for Cooper Carry Architects in Atlanta before eventually starting her own company, Arche- type Architecture, where she has focused on high-end residential projects for the past 15 years. Simone has 3 beautiful and crazy daughters, and when she has the free time, you can find her trophy fishing, as much as possible, on the gorgeous lakes and rivers of Mon- tana. Burton R. Mills – Business Development / Client Relations – Wyoming Burt comes to Teton Heritage with a unique perspective – he was a client in his role as Vice President in the Club at Spanish Peaks, Big Sky, MT organization. That experience convinced him that Teton Heritage was the premier builder in the Rocky Mtn. front. He brings 40 plus years of experience living, working, and playing in the mountains. Born in New England he and his family moved west 20 years ago. He and his wife Ann have four children, all homeschooled, one a junior in college with the rest to follow. Burt enjoys hik- ing boots, bicycles and various clubs as a means to recreation. Matt McGhee - Assistant Project Superintendent From Mebane, North Carolina, Matthew moved out to west to follow his passion of build- ing custom homes and to get back in the mountains. He has always had a knack for building and seeing things come together from the ground up. Matthew graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina with a B.S. degree in Construction Management. He started his career with a large commercial contractor in the Raleigh/ Durham area working on complex projects as a project engineer, eventually working up the ranks to Superintendent. Outside of work he enjoys taking his kayak out on the lake, riding his mountain bike and dirt bike in the summer and skiing during the winter. Trever Bair – Assistant Project Superintendent Bozeman born and raised, Trever attended Montana State University where he earned a B.S. in Health and Human Performance. Construction has always been a passion of Tre- ver’s, as he has been framing, roofing, and siding homes in the Gallatin valley over the past 14 years. Trever finds great joy in building quality homes, and lasting relationships. He believes that communication, honesty, and integrity are the pillars of successful and en- joyable projects. When he is not at work, Trever will be outdoors with his wife and two chil- dren enjoying all Montana has to offer.
